About me
Hello, and welcome to my professional portfolio.
I am Bailey McDaniel, a 25-year-old creative professional building a career at the intersection of sound and vision. My journey began in the STEM-certified school system of my hometown, Oak Ridge, Tennessee, where I was born and raised. The unique educational environment there exposed me to a wealth of opportunities and innovative ideals that continue to shape my approach to problem-solving and design.
My foundational education was built close to home, starting at Linden Elementary, Robertsville Middle, and Oak Ridge High School. As a student in the Oak Ridge school system, my passions were diverse, spanning participation in choir, marching and concert bands, and the Lego League. I firmly believe these experiences in both the arts and sciences fostered the artistic, creative, and outward-thinking individual I am today.
My formal higher education began at Pellissippi State Community College. I am an alumnus who previously graduated with an Associate of Applied Science in Audio Production Engineering. I am an accomplished audio engineer with a keen ear for detail.
Passionate about merging my technical expertise with a strong aesthetic sensibility, I have since returned to Pellissippi State to obtain a second associate degree in Design for Web and Print. This dual specialty allows me to approach projects with a holistic perspective, ensuring that both auditory and visual elements work in harmony to tell a compelling story.
I thrive on collaboration and am passionate about leveraging my diverse background to create engaging, innovative work. Please feel free to explore my portfolio and contact me if you would like to discuss potential projects or opportunities.
